QuettaWheels.com is an online platform where users advertise cars and motorcycles and contact each other. Please read this disclaimer before you buy, sell or post an advertisement. It applies subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan.

1. No responsibility for fraud or misrepresentation

   Advertisements, photos, prices and other details are provided by users, not by QuettaWheels.com. To the extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, QuettaWheels.com, its owner, management and team are not responsible for any fraud, scam, misrepresentation, false or incomplete information, financial dispute or other fraudulent activity carried out by users of the platform.

   We review advertisements before they are published and remove those we find misleading, but a review cannot detect every false claim. If you see a suspicious advertisement or user, please report it to us. Suspected fraud may also be reported to the relevant law-enforcement authorities.

2. Independent physical vehicle verification

   Every buyer is solely responsible for physically inspecting the vehicle and verifying its authenticity, ownership, registration documents, condition and legal status before paying any money or completing a transaction. QuettaWheels.com does not physically inspect, authenticate or certify vehicles advertised by users.

   Before you pay, we strongly recommend that you:

   • see the vehicle in person, in daylight, at a safe public place;
   • match the chassis and engine numbers with the registration book or card, and verify the registration with the relevant Excise & Taxation department;
   • have a trusted mechanic check the vehicle; and
   • never pay an advance or token amount before you have seen the vehicle and its original documents.

3. Limitation of liability

   QuettaWheels.com acts as an online advertising and marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. It is not a party to any sale, payment or agreement between users. To the extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, the website owner and team shall not be held liable for disputes, losses, fraudulent transactions or misconduct arising from transactions between users.

   Nothing in this disclaimer shall exclude or limit any liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, or take away any right you have under applicable law.
